The new route will operate throughout the year:

Porto becomes the second Portuguese destination in LOT’s network, following Lisbon.

From 25 October 2026, Lufthansa will introduce a brand-new route connecting Frankfurt (FRA) with Kuala Lumpur (KUL). 🌍✈️🌏
This marks the first direct connection within the Lufthansa Group between Central Europe and Malaysia, offering faster and more convenient access to one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic regions.

The new route strengthens travel and business links between Europe and Southeast Asia, making Kuala Lumpur more accessible for both corporate and leisure travellers.
