🌍 Strengthening partnerships across the Atlantic with IAG and AJB
Last week, for the second time this year, FCM Travel Express held an intimate customer meeting in partnership with leading airlines at The Westin Warsaw.
This time, guests had the pleasure of learning the latest updates from IAG — the parent company of British Airways and Iberia — as well as from American Airlines.
The presentation was led by the outstanding Jarosław Bielas, Key Account Manager for Poland, Hungary & the Baltic States.
The purpose of the event was to introduce clients to the benefits of the Atlantic Joint Business (AJB) venture — offering seamless, flexible, and connected travel between Europe 🌍 and North America 🌎.
Our clients attended both in person and online, engaging with a fascinating presentation that highlighted the many advantages of AJB, including:
✈️ Flexible fares – combine flights across partner airlines to best fit your schedule.
✈️ Seamless connections at major hubs: Chicago O’Hare, Dallas Fort Worth, Dublin, London Heathrow, Los Angeles, Madrid, Miami, and New York JFK.
At London Heathrow, both British Airways and Iberia operate from Terminal 5, making transfers quick and effortless.
✈️ Unrivalled premium experience – over 4,000 lie-flat seats daily and the only true joint First Class service between London Heathrow and New York JFK, with 10+ daily direct flights.
✈️ Integrated customer service – consistent support online, via contact centres, and at airports.
✈️ Extensive transatlantic network – connecting 160+ European cities with 240+ destinations in the USA.
✈️ Earn more Avios – loyalty rewards through British Airways Executive Club and partners across all five airlines.
As always, the meeting concluded with a wonderful lunch at the elegant Terra Restaurant 👌
A heartfelt thank you to British Airways and Jarosław Bielas for their valuable insights and continued partnership.
✈️ Celebrating connections. Exploring more. Together.
