Business Travel Coordinator

The dynamic growth of the company and the continuous increase in the number of clients have led to the creation of new job opportunities. Therefore, we are looking for specialists to join our team in the role of:
Business Travel Coordinator
Location: Warsaw, with the option for remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Issuing individual airline tickets and optionally handling group bookings.
- Hotel reservations, car rentals, and selling insurance.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate client service.
- Strong knowledge of the Sabre system.
- In-depth understanding of fare rules and ticketing regulations for all carriers on the Polish market (traditional/LCC).
- Experience in issuing group reservations (optional and negotiable).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, with additional languages being a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
